Heck with sneaking - if it isn't locked you knock and announce yourself, and if no one objects head on in. Worked at stadiums and events for decades before "Potty Parity" laws were passed, and ladies rooms had hour long lines - the ladies comandeered one Men's Room.

Hehe, now this differs a bit from the company I work in. Every bathroom locked down would be a severe interference with the daily workflow, judging by the amount of people using them every time :-) I suppose, there would be only one other more severe incident killing every work process and practically stop the whole company: the unthinkable, apocalyptic breakdown of the coffee machine,,,

Maybe an empty office? Or maybe a remote stairwell? It wouldn't be comfortable, but hardly anybody uses the stairs these days.

It's fun to see Jessie sweating this. Leathers are hot enough as they are, add in the stress of an interview and a crazy ride to the office, no wonder she's a little discombobulated! Over thinking this problem is going to lead to something far more embarrassing I suspect :)

For the non-riders out there - Chaps are super simple: Just two zippers, three snaps at each ankle and a buckle and done. Remember they go on over your pants, so you can put 'em on and take 'em off without risking breaking social (and legal) accepted norms of decency.

For interviews I've ride to, I take my chaps and jacket off out in the parking lot and stuff them in my saddle bags, then lock my helmet on the bike before going into the office.

At work I just take the gear off in my cube - I fold my chaps up neatly and stash them in the corner of my desk with my helmet with my gloves stuffed inside on top of them. My jacket gets draped over the back of my chair. It's 30 seconds and not a big deal.

@Jan: She could just go outside and use the phone booth. It works for Superman and various Time Lords, so why not?

Ohmygoodness, I have had to do this after transporting myself to job interviews by motorbike! (And occasionally just gone ahead and been interviewed in armoured overtrousers.)
