I'm always the straggler when it comes to leveling up in MMOs. In a particular raid, being the lowest level player, I was told to follow directions to a tee without knowing why.

That's why I never let anyone power-level for me, choose my talent tree, and definitely never allow anyone rearrange my hotbar.

I like the dichotomy here of Amber's "so souped up it blends" custom gaming PC, and Jan's cute little laptop that he carries around with him... Even more hilarious when you remember that Jan MADE HER that PC...

Ah yes, nothing is quite so much fun as trying to perform unfamiliar tasks while people are yelling hysterically at you. I don't think even a cute vixen like Amber could make that feel any better.

And this is why I don't play MMOs. If I were Jan, I would have lost all knowledge of my own keyboard in the first panel!

Also, I find it more fun to sit around a physical table with friends.

Tch. How Jan's feeling right there is how I felt coming back to my Level 75 Hunter after not playing him since 2011. Holy moley, the times have'a changed... I miss my Immolation Trap and Hunter's Mark so much...

That infuriates me. I prefer to know why they want me to do something rather than just blindly follow their instructions.

It's sad, I don't understand a single word anyone is saying. I've never played an MMO before. I'll stick with Kerbal Space Program, thank you very much. :)

The reason I hate MMO's xD So many toxic players for people who don't have a clue what's going on :P I prefer a friendly small co op games with a basic well made concept rather than remembering 200 billion things at once (^ ^)

Stick to MMOFPS's like Destiny. Even as you level up, you can play with the stats in the subclass windows.

Say, is that box liquid-cooled, or is that just the color of the case lighting? (I just upgraded my cooler to a LEPA Exllusion 240, the coolant is UV green and contrasts with the blue case lighting...any leak is instantly detectable.)

@Silverwolf I've never heard of Orbiter. Now that I looked it up. I'm wondering why I payed $21 for KSP. But, I'll just try my best to get my money's worth out of it. I'll stick with KSP. I'm already used to the format and play style. (That and I just started mining on Duna yesterday)

As a side note, why is "A" a spell/command? Isn't it usually move left? (Unless you an arrow key guy [only exception is besiege!]) x3

there;'s actually quite a lot of MMOs where WASD isn't the default movement setup, the Arrow keys are. usually they're either side scrolling (like maple story) or move by mouse.

And I'll say it again... They were not prepared!

But yeah... That was basically me at the beginning of every new expansion after the typical skill/talent-tree/glyph/enchants changes and/or assorted nerfs. Why isn't my macro working? They did WHAT to that spell? Why is my main damage spell doing only pin-pricks of damage? What happened to my whatever glyph? I should be in WHAT spec now? Well forget this... I'm swapping to an alt! Mooo mooooo moo moooo mooo moo...

@Spazzmatt: I've played the KSP demo and I'm somewhat unimpressed by the spaceflight aspects...but the engineering aspects are pretty kewl. I guess it depends on what role you'd rather play...in Orbiter, you get to be the astronaut, the mission commander. In KSP, you're an engineer or a mission controller.

reminds me of something in an old game magazine: a player let someone else level up his warlock, and she messed up the skills rather badly: she put several skill points into a skill that makes summoned Succubi stronger, but never learned the succubus summon skill!
