About the joke in the first panel -- the signs around the Creative Arts building were frequently vandalized. Alas, I was hoping to find a Google Street View photo of it, but that building has since been demolished. Maybe "building" is a stretch... it was a WWII barracks. Here's the last of it.

At the Race Street Engine Terminal area, at Amtrak's 30th.Street Station, Philadelphia, PA, the "No Parking" signs were changed, by someone with a stencil, to read "No Barking". It wasn't one or two signs, but almost every one. Yes I have photos, and it's even funnier because I often said it should be "No Barking". :=3 I guess someone wanted to hush up Amtrak P.D.'s K9 corps. :=3

I laughed way harder than I really should have at the first panel. And didn't laugh hard enough at the last. Because I feel like I should have laughed really hard at that! I'm such a pleb. fake crying

You know, I have to wonder something about that dragon...shouldn't he have UPD's on some of those horns? Seems like he could turn his head and hurt someone in close proximity. Maybe not in normal circumstances but in crowded hallways or subway trains, it might be dangerous.

that made me think of a book, "rogue warrior red cell": after someone was shot with paint-balls multiple times, someone said he looked like a Jackson Pollock painting.
