I thought all those kinds of stores within city limits were supposed to have a "No Wolf" policy...I mean this is WOLF we are talking about, he has his own hazard rating.

@Karou: I'd be less worried about radiation and more worried about poison. I hope that Wolf knows that Pu-239 is less dangerous for radiation (it's a beta emitter, you can be safe by wrapping yourself in aluminum foil) but plutonium in general is extremely chemically toxic. (If you inhale this stuff, radiation effects on more sensitive tissues will be the least of your worries.) But, encapsulate this stuff in fuel pellets, and you have yourself a nice little reactor.

Pu-238 is the "hot" plutonium, the stuff used in RTG's (like the one on Curiosity). Radiation is even less dangerous assuming, again, you don't inhale or ingest it. It's an alpha emitter (radiation which stops at the dead skin cells on your body). However, it is still chemically toxic, and the nuclear decay releases a lot of heat, so the THERMAL radiation might burn a hole through your hand.

I don't think Wolf is crazy enough to build a nuclear explosive...maybe he's working on a safer reactor?

Yep. Wolf’s tail-wagging (like a Road Runner’s ‘Beep Beep’... or the screaming whistle of a falling anvil) must surely be a sign of impending doom.

I’ll just be watching from... uhh... a couple dimensions over. Should be OK... as long as he doesn’t blow a hole in this space-time continuum or cause a cross-dimensional shift.
