I once got a job delivering phone books, I tied a two-wheeled dolly, aka hand truck, to the back of my 10 speed. Surprising how much you can haul that way. (and how much work it is).

They could borrow few shopping carts and make motorcycle-train. Also Andrea has really nice bike ;) If she had dragon on her back (like backpack), she could just pull gas a little more and fly around! Meeeeep!

I haven't noticed til now, Tor only has a scooter, but Andrea has a bike? So we finally have ultimate proof that Tor "crummy Vespa" Tiger and Jessie "Road Hog Harley" Tiger really are not related ;-)

@Dragon Furry: I remember back in '85 my best riding buddy, his roommate and another friend and I put 19 bags (paper) of groceries and 4 people on 2 full dress GoldWings and rode away from the store to applause from about 30 dumbfounded but highly impressed observers. 8-O

4 bikers pushing 4 carts full of groceries garnered quite a bit of attention in the store. We left 2 of them with the carts while Herb and I grabbed our bikes. When we started loading them is when the crowd started to gather.

Granted, we'd prepared by emptying our bags and trunks and leaving the lids at the apartment.

2 sacks in each saddlebag, 3 in the top trunk, (bungee net) 2 held by the passenger, I had the odd one in my lap. When we fired up the bikes and rode away, the folks standing there applauded. :-D

Well Dawn, just do a bazillion rep-building quests... errr... 'favors'... while hopping up and down on one hoof (cause you haven’t ‘earned’ flying), and rolling 15 20-sided dice trying to achieve a perfect 15-one's at least 3 times in a row... and then I'll see what I can do. :D

I can sympathise. For about two years a motorcycle was my only transportation. Shopping was always a challenge.

@jnorton47: Maybe use an internal frame pack or a sidecar? Although the former may require lower speeds to prevent from pulling a "Jessie with Portfolio..."

And we have a vixen in MJOLNIR mk.VII body armor on a motorcycle and she still says "meep."

Hey Wolf...maybe you should build some MJOLNIR armor. Basic powered armor, vacuum ready, shielded. Just keep it simple, you'll have your PhD in the bag. The physics behind the shielding will be PhD material alone.
