@AlyxVixen @Shockwave07 These are CHAPS, NOT PANTS ....they're crotch-less as well as back (butt) less. Their purpose is to protect your legs in the event of a laydown on a bike. And Jessie has happily and enthusiastically admitted on more than one occasion to not wearing any pants under them....much to Tor's discomfiture.

So whatever 'woompah-woompah' she may or may not have engaged in shouldn't get anything on them that would require extensive cleaning more than usual care. And it certainly wouldn't get anything on the lower ends of the legs which is what Andrea appears to be gnawing on in the 3rd panel.

@jordy cedeño My Spanish translators have been very busy, so translations are not ready yet. It is all voluntary effort so we have to be patient with their schedules :)

Reminds me of the times I used a rag or stick to play-wrestle dogs without risk of getting bit. They get to have a good time and work out their jaws and teeth, I get to have a good time and work out my arms, owners get a happier dog for a few minutes afterwards; everybody wins. I only wish those owners themselves would pay attention to their pets' needs; it's like they have no idea how complex those creatures are. I've seen families come to the park and just tie the dog to a tree while they had a relaxing picnic, then took out phones to text or to read an e-book.

@Saaruuk: idk man, I'm sure Jessie of all people would know a position or two that'd get... something... onto the lower ends of her chaps.

@Saaruuk I know they're chaps, I'm a biker myself. All I said was you'd know if they hadn't been cleaned. Leather will dry, crack, stain, warp, etc if not cared for properly. I have a kangaroo leather bodysuit I wear while riding, so I know how much work caring for leather takes. Wipe down with a damp cloth once or twice a week (more if you're in a hot place), condition every 3-6 months...

@AlyxVixin: So am I....for about the past 50 years. Long distance touring type. ;-D Your Kangaroo leathers sound beautiful....and yeah....GREAT care needs to be taken with them.

I hope you don't use mink oil on them. I've had 4 pairs of really nice riding gloves literally fall apart from treating them with mink oil.

The one prep I cannot recommend highly enough is SNOW-PROOF waterproofing and leather conditioner. It comes in a brown can and although it looks/smells like a combination of wheel bearing grease and pine resin, I've never found anything that keeps my leathers soft, pliable and waterproofed as this stuff.

Best way to apply is lay your leathers out in the sun to warm them up and then massage as much Snow-Proof as you can into them. Let it literally soak into the leather, wipe the excess off with a soft cloth and that's it. Been using this stuff for over 35 years, won't use anything else.
