If they'd raced it I'd put my moneys on Wolfs cart with Jessies hogg in close second and Tors sidecar in third (leaving Tor behind at the left turn to Albuquerque) .

I can't imagine the nonsense that police and emergency services have to deal with in this world. X) Wolf's greatest superpower must be staying out of prison or a permanent hospital bed (restrained or otherwise).

Something tells me that wolfs cart is breaking multiple laws of physics......Got the motor, guessing yellow box with brown lid is fusion reactor for the motor, but either that motor has a HUGE amount of torque for low speeds, or has the ability to rotate at 20,000 rpm. Which is possible, but scary. But the front wheels don't look like they can steer. Maybe he leans really hard into the corners? :P

After almost going blind, I THINK I've decoded most of the state motto from Phil's license plate on the previous page. As far as I can tell, it reads "The ***flower State." If anyone has a more accurate translation, feel free to comment.
