Jan, am I seeing things or does the real lion have faint stripes on his sides? I know I had envisioned a lion character with faint stripes for a story I'm writing but I didn't know they actually had them.

@drivernjax Yeah, lions can have faint stripes. Usually they're more apparent on younger cubs, but some adults retain them.
