Lol. I often use to wonder about my yearbooks when I got them. Most of the featured photos of students were rarely anyone I was acquainted with, which is why Wolf's comment is so awesome. Superlative always went to the most popular kids. Kinda make you wonder why you buy one, but I guess it is nice to look back, even if (as is my case), you were never involved in any major events.

i never really saw a point to yearbooks, just something that shows me what all the other people were doing when they weren\'t busy trying to manipulate me into doing their homework. on top of that, the cheapest i remember them being at my school was $50 for a standard, no add-ons copy.

I\'m the Editor-in-Chief for our college\'s yearbook, and on our campus of over 40,000 undergraduates alone, its just plain impossible to have pictures of what everyone deems relevant. You do the best job possible with what materials can be handed to you by friends, helpful people, etc. Facebook has pretty much killed Yearbooks at this point too, but they really do take you back when you go to read it 30 years down the road. They\'re a record of history and pieces of art. Okay, I\'m done ranting. Its just people don\'t usually see those things as important until several years later.
