Hey Nipper, technically "fan-service" is strictly "suggestive/skimpy" images, not all-out topless. It's a common mistake though.

Also, how the heck did you pull off a warning rating 14 for this?

Rating systems are problematic because the criteria are so subjective. I think rating this comic "Occasionally NSFW" as opposed to assigning an age range would make better sense.

That being said, nudity, as long as it's not suggestive, is generally rated 13+.

@Flexico Because unintentional nudity is funny (... at least to me). Something about the notion of status transactions from acting class got nailed into my head years ago... so when the script for this arc was written, I knew I had to have a scene where Silver streaks in front of royalty. :D

Spazzmatt, Andrea's clothes got ripped off when she was trying to remove all the clothes from the clothes lines she fell through before hitting the fountain. She inadvertently removed hers as well.
