Either someone's computer was hacked by the Russians or Bolo is actually Russian...well speaks the Russian language cause theres quite a bit that speak the language....

Well, she has the red cloth... The guard in the back is a bull... I definetly wish she'd gone into her mother's line of work... I suspect it's all over now but the shouting and hopefully more nude scenes from her.

Something tells me that mom's advice may not be the best source to turn to when the goal is to stay OUT of jail. ;)

A prison where the guards let you play hopscotch? Can't be too bad a place! Then again the crime rate in this kingdom must be so low that Tor and Silver make up about 50% of it.

Hmm, question about characters description.. Lion (Sheriff) there called as "sheriff of Valley Vale city guards". But in medieval time scherif ismore higher position, it's legal official responsible for county, so city or even city and land around is what he got under control. There could be difference beteween legal, political and factitional officials managing couny, (political one- it's the Count, of course), but sheriffs sometimes were sharing those roles, depending on situation.

I use the title in the loosest intent, in the same way the Sheriff of Nottingham appears to have a multitude of seemingly conflicting roles, depending which version of Robin Hood he's in :) S&S does not adhere strictly to our reality's technicalities.

That being said, the Sheriff is mainly responsible for his department, the city guards, who also sometimes patrol the countryside. If you've read "Bruno the Bandit", the Sheriff is equivalent to Constable Oswold. There's another department -- the royal guards -- who are under the command of the Captain of the Guard (if you look closely, you might figure out who it is).

Looking back a bit, I can see the difference, but I'll not spoil everyone else's pondering and searching. As to Silver, methinks Tor isn't in nearly as much trouble as she thinks he is.
