No gryphon chick/cubs were harmed in the making of this comic. The aerial sequences were performed by stunt doubles from a species of miniature gryphons from the Amazon. They are quite capable of flight, and landed safely. The real gryphon chick/cubs were placed in scene after Silver and Tor's very painful real landings.

Mama Gryphon did get a mild concussion, but she'll be fine after her beak pops back out.

I don't know what I find funnier, the fact that in panel four the baby gryphon saw the tree coming, or the fact that Momma gryphon has yet to hit the ground, which means she's either falling, stuck, or hovering and really upset.

lets face it, we have hurricanes, earthquakes, storms and blizzards I suggest that we add Tor to the list of natural disasters....lmao. Only Tor would think of tickling a Griffon mid-flight while the Griffon is holding his tush.

The little ones should better learn how to fly very very fast, or this closer inspection of the ground with their faces will be a frequent occurance. Or we will end up with two young griffins having acrophobia...

I'm afraid to admit my favorite gag of this page is the absurd transition from screaming to no screaming between the first and second panels :D

uh oh....corrections I looked again in between laughter and realized its Silver who's being held onto by the tail (ouch!) and Tor by the scruff of the neck. for some reason I see those baby Griffons deciding to run away from Tor with mom, and mom takes off tigers from the shopping list.

I think my favorite gag, though, is that Tor's tickling strategy finally worked exactly like it was supposed to! :D
