the poor myrvin they got hurt, but Tor meant well so I'll let him off a little. For those of you confused a myrvin is what you call a baby griffin, as to why I really don't know

Tor as always trying to be helpful by finding something to eat for the to baby gryphs and screwing up big by letting them drop to the ground.

Mama Gryph is sure to be there in a few when the two scream in pain so Tor should find a distraction fast for the two (like them biting into his tail) until he could feed them with carps caught by his tail.

Ouch, I hope this comic is PG instead of NC17, thus we'll only see two slightly dazzled baby griffins down there with tiny stars surrounding them instead of a more grim outcome to this. He should have let them cling on the universal feline attraction and adhesion device (or "tiger tail" for short), they wouldn't fall off from this :-)

Hmmm...."Thud thud".....that does not sound like baby griffins hitting the GROUND....more like....baby griffins landing on a guy and his horse?

Turns out, while horses may not be ticklish, two baby griffons landing on the horse and rider makes for a perfect diversion to get some goodies. :D

Although it could be a weird plot twist if these two adorable little babys show themselves as wild brats and mommy would not be furiously after our thieves, but instead eternally thankfull to get rid of these two spoiled mouths who seemingly only like to eat tiger tails :-)

I mean, c'mon, mommy just dropped the package into the nest and then flew away instead of helping her babies in preparing the dish of today. Its like she almost WANTED it... what kind of mother is that, hehe

@ Jan: Well, there ARE half cat and half bird, so wouldn't it be a cross between chick and kitten? O_o Chittens? ....that kinds sounds like something you'd order at a restaurant called "Griffon's Lunchables" or something. Maybe they have Tiger Tails on the menu.....

But yeah. Chittens. Chitten is singular, I guess. XD

@ Jan, I suggest you consult a Monster Manual or some other rpg monster guide or maybe an Encyclopedia of mythical creatures, given the whole swords and sorcery vibe of comic, and I mean 3e or 3.5 if you go near the 4e stuff I'm afraid for the quality of your work, also maybe looking at the Player's Handbooks could give some ideas to do with your characters. I'm guessing our thieves, also known as rogues in some games, are under level 3 given the quality of their abilities displayed.

@ Jan or if you don't want to go through the hassle put up a poll and see what the readers want them to be called, although I'm sure that would be the wisest or smartest course of action, maybe you should consult the books first just be on the safe side

Birds don't fly until adolescence, why should griffons be any different. Of course, for a tiger with his own issues getting around, such ignorance of the rules of self ambulation is to be expected, regardless of the fact that Tor's complications are a result of simple stupidity with a side of being too kind-hearted for his own good - this being applicable to both his aforementioned mobility issues, as well as the mildly-concussed myrvin below. Regardless, they do need food, so props to our lovable idiot with an alluring tail (In the eyes of potential seafood, at least...).
