Kiela and friends go shopping to replace her crystal ball, which was lost in a lake (RIP warranty). She really wants the shiny new model!

This came out of a Discord chat with Space Fox and OmegaWolf riffing on the idea above.

Just a quick update. The second Swords and Sausages book is still in progress, so I'll fill this site with random doodles while that's happening.

@CW Glenn there's no crystal service in the dungeons or from under the pile of rubble that used to be the dungeon.

She could use the rabbits' ears to improve her signal though.

A bit late on my comment.

But "riffing" on the scene brings to mind a render I did called "Watching and waiting" where two healers are watching a battle and waiting for the fighting to subside so they can tend to the wounded. However, the late Navarre/Underwater Tiger thought I said "Washing and waiting" so I did a scene where a guy was at a laundromat waiting for his clothes to get done in the washing machine.

Both renders can be found over at Deviant Art, same user name.
